Abstract
In order to study the relationship between health-related behaviors and blood pressor, obesity, serum lipids level, blood sugar, serum uric acid level in adults, the author measured blood pressor, relative weight, the concentration of serum total
cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG0, high density liporprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), Fasting blood glucose and serum uric acid and investigated 14 items of health-related behavious through questionnaire in 705 healthy adults from July, 1992 to
March,
1993
in a automated multiphasic health testing and service cancer.
@ES The results obtained were as follows:
@EN 1. The systolic blood pressor was significantly different according to daily sleeping time and meat intake, and significant independent variables were age, daily sleeping time and meat intake in order in MRA(multiple regression analysis).
2. the obesity was significantly different according to meal amount and regular exercise, and significant independent variables were sex, serum lipids, meal amount in order in MRA.
3. The levels of serum lipids were significantly different according to daily sleeping time, salt intake, regular exercise, coffee taste, drinking, and sugar intake, and significant independent variables were obesity, sleeping time, and age in
order in
TC level, age, obesity, and sleeping time in order in TG level, obesity, sex, and exercise in order in HDL-C level in MRA.
4. The level of fasting blood glucose was significantly different according to coffee taste, the concept of health, and a restorative taking, and significant independent variables were coffee taste, the concept of health, and a restorative
taking
in
order in MRA.
5. The level of serum uric acid was significantly different according to the concept of health and a restorative taking, and significant independent variables were a restorative taking, the concept of health, and drinking in oeder in MRA.
